The Hobart MXS-10A is a commercial pass-through dishwasher designed for us in high-volume kitchen environments.

The dishwasher features an integrated water softener, protecting internal components from lime scale build up.

The dishwasher is easy to use with a simple single-button operation and a color-coded status indicator.

It features cycle times of 60, 90 and 360 seconds and is able to wash up to 60 racks per hour.

The dishwasher features a sophisticated multi-stage filtration system that continuously cleans the wash water and automatically adjusts water usage based on the level of soil in the wash water to optimize efficiency.
