Description

The Lincat Phoenix OG7504/N is a heavy-duty, Natural Gas Free-Standing Atmospheric Steamer designed for large-volume commercial food production.
The oven features a mechanical auto-fill system that manages water levels without electronics, so it requires no mains electrical hook-up. It is equipped with a built-in boil-dry protection that automatically turns off the burners if water flow fails, avoiding damage to the unit. The oven ensures highly accurate, repeatable internal environment management for delicate puddings, vegetables, rice, fish, and meats.

Please note: Two-Stage Door Operation: For operator safety, do not pull the door fully open when hot. First, release the handle and wait 15–20 seconds to allow excess steam to safely vent around the edges before fully opening.

Daily Drainage: It is highly recommended to drain down the unit using the external valve at the end of every working day to clear out grease and mineral scaling.
